It's official: Hotvet legesenter has opened its doors at Rosenkrantzgata 75, in the centre of Drammen. After months of planning and construction, we are now welcoming patients – and we'd love to show you how it turned out.
We are a new GP practice (fastlegekontor) with six doctors and open places on our lists – several of them speak English. The premises are centrally located on the Bragernes side of town, easy to reach whether you walk in from the centre or come by car. Here are a few photos of the finished space.
Inside, you'll find a bright, calm waiting room with plenty of space and a view over the city. We wanted it to be a place where it feels okay to sit and wait – including on the days when you're not feeling your best.
When you arrive, you simply check in at the self-service kiosk in the entrance area before taking a seat. Much of the practical side – booking appointments, renewing prescriptions and messaging your doctor – can also be done from home via Helsenorge.no using BankID.
Behind the reception, the doctors' offices line a bright corridor. Each room is ready to welcome you and your doctor.
